Our lovely Cossy is an Italian Spinone who’s grown up on the farm since he was only 8 weeks old. We’ve included Cossy in our family page as he’s thoroughly loved by our animals at Far From.
From having a guinea pig introduced into the house, to being pushed off his favourite spot on the sofa by a pig, to being chased in his own yard by newcomers, Cossy’s taken it all in his stride. He’s never become defensive or aggressive, but merely removes himself from any uncomfortable situation and comes for a big cuddle from his immensely proud parents. We are excessively delighted with both our dogs’ behaviours and faultless patience.
Cossy is a youngster and loves his life on the farm. As a puppy, Cossy was incredibly cheeky and naughty – how he’s calmed down so much I’ll never know! He was a terror until he was around 2 years old and cost us a small fortune. As with any crazy pup, we always had to keep one eye on him, and when you have as many animals as we do, that’s not an easy job! Cossy now prides himself on having time for even the naughtiest animals on the farm. He sees the fun side in everything, is lively and energetic and loves a bit of TLC from anyone who’s willing to give him attention.
Our boy Cossy will happily share his home with any of the animals, and always finds himself at the bottom of the pile of animals on the kitchen sofa. Our kind boy is totally undeterred by others climbing all over him and embraces every animal and aspect of family life at Far From.
